Walter “Ronnie” Ruff , a D.C. native, founded DC Theatre Scene (DCTS)in 2005. In it's beginnings, DCTS was a small website which reviewed Washington, DC theatre, and Ronnie was it's only theatre critic. Under Ronnie's leadership, DCTS morphed into one of the most popular and respected theatre portals in the local theatre community.

In 2008, Ronnie, left DC Theatre Scene to join the Journeymen Theater Ensemble where he will assist Artistic Director Deborah Kirby as Assistant Producer.
