Artistic Associate
Lee Liebeskind is a theatre artist from the DC/Baltimore area. He studied all areas of theatre at Towson University from acting to directing, from stage management to run crewing, from set construction to producing. A veteran of National Players tours 55-56, he toured the country performing Snug/Egeus in A Midsummer Nights Dream, Constable Warren/Professor Willard in Our Town, Lord Capulet in Romeo and Juliet, and Tiresias in The Oedipus Cycle. He has worked locally at such theatres as Olney Theatre Center, Catalyst Theatre (Baltimore), Baltimore Opera Company, and Rorschach Theatre. His association with Journeymen Theater started as a light board operator for their first production, Everyman. Lee hopes that he can add to Journeymen Theater’s belief that theatre can be everything to the world as long as "the communion between artist and audience" (as David Mamet says) is kept strong.
